How long until I can park on it?
Light foot traffic the same evening, vehicles after 24 hours. Full chemical cure takes about a week, so hold off on parking a leaking vehicle or dropping heavy jack stands right away.
Do I need to empty the garage?
Yes — the slab needs to be completely clear before we grind. If you need a hand moving heavy shelving or a workbench, tell us at the quote and we'll plan for it.
What if my concrete is cracked or stained?
Most of it is fixable. We grind out oil spots, fill cracks and spalled edges, and level the surface before any coating goes down. Severe cases get flagged at the quote, never mid-job.
What does it cost?
Price depends on square footage, slab condition, and the system you choose. We measure in person and give you a flat, written number — no hourly surprises and no charge for the estimate.
